Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 people, providing direction, support, and ensuring the team meets its project goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including delivery schedules, time plans, and ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Be the key person responsible for communication and reporting to the customer, ensuring all expectations are met.
  • Oversee the project timeline, making sure deliverables align with the agreed schedule and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure project success.

What You Bring:

  • Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong enthusiasm and a vigor for learning new topics and adapting to new challenges.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier delivery schedules and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Supplier management expertise, with the ability to handle external relationships efficiently.
  • Previous experience in project management, especially in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
