Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive Test Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

  • Coordinate test activities and requirements at complete vehicle level, including both physical and digital testing.
  • Collaborate daily with key stakeholders across production, design, purchasing, and other departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between engineering teams and testing operations.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and follow-up of test-related activities and deliverables.
  • Contribute to efficient execution of testing processes and continuous improvement of test coordination methods.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

Meriting:

  • Experience in testing within the automotive or related industries.
  • Familiarity with customer working methods and Product Development (PD) processes.
  • Experience in project management or leading technical activities.
