Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Plan, perform, and document testing and investigations of engine components and systems.
  • Work within a team of approximately ten specialists responsible for the oil pump, oil filter, oil sump, and engine oil systems.
  • Drive your assigned area of responsibility within projects, ensuring high technical quality and timely progress.
  • Analyze test results, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams to support technical decisions.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with internal standards and customer requirements.

What you bring:

  • Engineering background (e.g., Mechanical, Automotive, or related discipline) with several years of relevant experience.
  • Proven technical expertise in engine testing and validation.
  • Prior experience working with the customer’s systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, driven, and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a technical environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
