Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Build and maintain digital infrastructure to support the transformation of industrial facilities into a digitized factory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Provide general IT support and contribute to various digital projects.
What you bring:
- 3–10 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Experience in manufacturing and production processes.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Familiarity with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC UA, or AMQP.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- General Linux usage and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
