Assignment Description
We are looking for a Team Leader for an Automation Group

What You Will Work On

  • Leading and supporting a team of automation engineers
  • Planning, coordinating, and following up automation activities in production
  • Working closely with operations, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring stable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions
  • Driving continuous improvements in automation systems and processes
  • Working with DCS, PLC, and production control systems
  • Supporting development, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems
  • Creating structure, engagement, and a safe working environment for the team

What You Bring

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role
  • Experience from the process or manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of DCS systems (ABB 800xA is a plus)
  • Experience with PLC systems and related automation tools
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A confident, engaging, and caring leadership style
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
