Senior BI Developer - 11106

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Develop and manage end-to-end analytics processes, including defining requirements, collecting, processing, and modeling data, and delivering actionable insights through visualizations.
Utilize SQL and DBT to drive data development and create advanced analytical solutions.
Create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau or similar platforms to communicate findings effectively.
Support and accelerate our transition to cloud-based solutions on GCP by implementing best practices and developing robust data pipelines.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify data needs, solve problems, and support strategic decision-making.
Share knowledge within the team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to refining workflows and methodologies.

What You Bring:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL and DBT for data development and modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as GCP, BigQuery, GitHub, Looker Studio, and Connected Sheets (highly advantageous).
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
A results-driven, detail-oriented mindset combined with the ability to take a strategic, holistic view.
Strong interpersonal skills to inspire, coach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
