Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop and manage end-to-end analytics processes, including defining requirements, collecting, processing, and modeling data, and delivering actionable insights through visualizations.
- Utilize SQL and DBT to drive data development and create advanced analytical solutions.
- Create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau or similar platforms to communicate findings effectively.
- Support and accelerate our transition to cloud-based solutions on GCP by implementing best practices and developing robust data pipelines.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify data needs, solve problems, and support strategic decision-making.
- Share knowledge within the team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to refining workflows and methodologies.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and DBT for data development and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as GCP, BigQuery, GitHub, Looker Studio, and Connected Sheets (highly advantageous).
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- A results-driven, detail-oriented mindset combined with the ability to take a strategic, holistic view.
- Strong interpersonal skills to inspire, coach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
