Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Serve as the primary point of communication and interaction for the Long-Term Cap Check project among the Hercules, Apollo, and Capacity Management teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between the project team, stakeholders, and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Lead collaboration efforts and facilitate workshops for business modeling, requirements analysis, and proactive identification of dependencies.
- Gather and present clear and actionable requirements to product owners for consolidation and ensure readiness for the product backlog.
- Support the product team in refining the product backlog, ensuring that relevant information is provided to the development team in a timely manner.
- Oversee data collection and analysis efforts to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements, conduct analyses for completion and alignment, and manage requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support for testing larger features by tracking test plans, timelines, and validation processes to ensure quality deliverables.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and alignment with business goals.
- Identify potential risks related to project requirements and business processes, collaborating with the team to develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Assist in managing changes to project scope and schedule through thorough analysis and communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including product requirements documents (PRDs), use cases, and process flows.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and leading testing efforts, tracking test plans, and validating results.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, organize tasks, and ensure clear communication between teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for capacity management, planning, and order management.
- Proficient in using project tracking tools like JIRA or similar for product backlog refinement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to proactively identify project dependencies and address issues as they arise.
