Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain complex business-critical systems in the payments area.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine priorities and align with business needs.
- Conduct gap and impact analysis, ensuring seamless system processes and solutions.
- Break down features and create user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Verify backlog items and ensure clear communication between IT and business stakeholders.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance of delivered functionality.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on requirements, planning, and execution.
- Drive alignment within the team and maintain a shared understanding of tasks to deliver customer value.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in business analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements gathering, testing, and quality assurance.
- Strong background in payments, including experience with XML, JSON payloads, and ISO 20022.
- Technical understanding of backend development, APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with external vendors for planning and coordination.
- Proactive, self-organized, and curious problem-solver with an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with various tools and methodologies used in business analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster dialogue in agile environments such as SAFe.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on customer value and objectives.
- Attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture, with strong writing, visualization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
