Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Work with KYC and AML processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage business process management (BPM) and leverage Pega applications to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Develop and document technical process flows, both visually and in writing.
  • Participate in quality management and control processes, ensuring high standards in deliverables.
  • Contribute to QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.

What you bring:

  • Experience with KYC, AML, business process management (BPM), and Pega applications.
  • Strong experience in quality management and quality control processes.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical process flows.
  • Self-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Willingness to participate in QA testing.
  • Fintech experience is a plus.
