Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Work with KYC and AML processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Manage business process management (BPM) and leverage Pega applications to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Develop and document technical process flows, both visually and in writing.
Participate in quality management and control processes, ensuring high standards in deliverables.
Contribute to QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.

What you bring:

Experience with KYC, AML, business process management (BPM), and Pega applications.
Strong experience in quality management and quality control processes.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical process flows.
Self-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and the ability to transform business needs into technical solutions.
Willingness to participate in QA testing.
Fintech experience is a plus.
