Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Analyze and refine business needs, features, and product owner priorities.
  • Break down high-level initiatives into well-defined backlog items.
  • Assess system processes, identify gaps and potential impacts on solutions.
  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure requirements are understood, anchored, and accepted within the team.
  • Support communication around release planning, timelines, and product launches.
  • Act as a role model and promote best practices in business analysis.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis within banking and cash management.
  • Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile environments.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Well-versed in business analysis methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
