Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead business analysis activities related to the implementation and scaling of Microsoft Power Automate within the Intelligent Automation initiative
- Develop comprehensive business cases including cost-benefit analysis and alignment with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Partner with solution architects to design scalable, secure, and compliant technical infrastructure for automation solutions
- Oversee the design and execution of proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate platform capabilities prior to full deployment
- Establish and manage communication channels to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and proactively address potential risks, including implementation delays and organizational resistance to change
What you bring:
- Proven experience in leading platform implementations from concept to delivery, preferably in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning applications in business workflows
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience in establishing automation governance frameworks to support scalability, compliance, and proper platform usage
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with experience collaborating across business, IT, and security functions
- Strong communication and training skills to engage diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively manage communication in an international environment
