Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business units, external vendors, legal, risk, and UX teams to gather and refine detailed requirements.
- Write clear and detailed user stories in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Understand and perform documentation processes, including creating business requirement documents, process maps, and project plans.
- Drive and lead minor business projects or guide people within projects and initiatives, including task creation for developers.
- Participate actively in governance processes related to Card Issuing alongside business analysis responsibilities.
- Act as project manager or epic owner across all stages of the preparation and delivery process.
- Ensure features are ready by engaging in every step of the process with a delivery-oriented, hands-on approach.

- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and writing user stories with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage minor projects and lead teams effectively through clear task management and communication.
- Experience working in IT development environments with the ability to quickly adapt and be productive in new settings.
- Proven delivery mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to driving initiatives forward.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and aligning stakeholders with proposed changes.
- Familiarity with SAFe and Scrum frameworks, with experience working in agile environments valued.
