Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Analyze and translate complex business needs into actionable and prioritized requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver effective IT solutions that support modular product development and issue management
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Contribute to the implementation of enterprise architecture principles and agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methods used across the product lifecycle
- Act as a bridge between R&D and IT to ensure digital solutions are aligned with business goals in a global environment focused on sustainable transport and innovation
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or Product Owner in complex project environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to capture, document, and convey stakeholder needs clearly
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams
- Skilled in visualizing and simplifying complex information for various stakeholders
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or German is considered a plus
- Experience in finance processes or within R&D organizations is a merit
