Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze and translate complex business needs into actionable and prioritized requirements
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver effective IT solutions that support modular product development and issue management
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and ensure cross-functional alignment
Contribute to the implementation of enterprise architecture principles and agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methods used across the product lifecycle
Act as a bridge between R&D and IT to ensure digital solutions are aligned with business goals in a global environment focused on sustainable transport and innovation

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or Product Owner in complex project environments
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to capture, document, and convey stakeholder needs clearly
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams
Skilled in visualizing and simplifying complex information for various stakeholders
Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or German is considered a plus
Experience in finance processes or within R&D organizations is a merit
