Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive requirements work across business processes, domains, and vendors, with a focus on Asset Finance (Leasing).
- Lead feature development and gap analysis through internal alignment, refinement, and solution design to meet business process objectives.
- Analyze and document business and system processes in accordance with BPM standards.
- Support business users in defining needs and ways of working, acting as a coach during transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across units (sales, finance, security, compliance) and vendors to produce analyses and documentation, ensuring clear communication with management, development, configuration, and testing teams.
- Manage and administer features in Jira, maintaining transparency and traceability for all involved parties.
- Author, update, and deliver requirements and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and propose improvements based on best practices and experience.
What you bring:
- Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong background in core banking transformations, with knowledge of banking and leasing operations.
- Experience with CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with banking domains including credit, payments, collections, and finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Proficiency in Jira and strong administrative capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
