Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive and facilitate requirement and solution workshops to define and evolve external collaboration concepts within the vehicle software domain.
Support development of IT solutions enabling collaboration with partners, suppliers, and joint ventures.
Explore and shape concepts for virtual engineering workbenches for software-defined vehicles.
Ensure a holistic, end-to-end approach across systems, processes, and stakeholders.
Engage with multiple divisions and business areas to align technical and business objectives.
Coordinate activities across organizations and teams to maintain alignment and timely delivery.

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar cross-functional role.
Proven ability to facilitate efficient workshops and lead requirement discussions.
Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to drive clear decisions and outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage short timelines and multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
Solid understanding of IT architecture design principles and information modeling.
Experience working in large, cross-functional environments involving multiple business units is an advantage.
