Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive requirements and process activities for the development of a new delivery planning application that strengthens planning accuracy, data quality, and information flows toward M3 and other core systems.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture needs, clarify goals, and transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and dependencies in a structured and transparent way.
- Coordinate closely with the business, development teams, and additional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth progression throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and support test activities to verify that requirements are correctly implemented and provide business value.
- Create structure in a complex environment, ensuring that the solution is developed with the right functionality, scalability, and long-term benefit.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT and data-driven projects.
- Experience working with ERP projects, preferably within retail or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of system solution design, data architecture, and integrations.
- Solid experience in structured documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style with strong communication skills and the ability to drive work forward.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive relationships across teams.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Background in development or technical understanding from previous developer roles.
- Experience working with Jira and process documentation tools such as Visio or similar.
- Meritorious experience in delivery planning or logistics-related solutions
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
