Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive requirements and process activities for the development of a new delivery planning application that strengthens planning accuracy, data quality, and information flows toward M3 and other core systems.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture needs, clarify goals, and transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
Document business processes, functional requirements, and dependencies in a structured and transparent way.
Coordinate closely with the business, development teams, and additional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth progression throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to solution design discussions and support test activities to verify that requirements are correctly implemented and provide business value.
Create structure in a complex environment, ensuring that the solution is developed with the right functionality, scalability, and long-term benefit.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT and data-driven projects.
Experience working with ERP projects, preferably within retail or logistics environments.
Strong understanding of system solution design, data architecture, and integrations.
Solid experience in structured documentation of business processes and requirements.
Independent, structured, and proactive working style with strong communication skills and the ability to drive work forward.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive relationships across teams.
Experience as a Scrum Master.
Background in development or technical understanding from previous developer roles.
Experience working with Jira and process documentation tools such as Visio or similar.
Meritorious experience in delivery planning or logistics-related solutions
Fluent in English and Swedish.
