Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Documenting clear functional and technical specifications for IT initiatives.
Conducting process mapping and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Acting as the bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Supporting project management activities, including follow-up on timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new features and enhancements within the Marketplace team.
Performing user acceptance testing in close cooperation with business stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and providing structured updates to management.
Driving end-to-end scope across teams by understanding the full business and technical landscape.
Promoting the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT projects.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey both technical details and business needs.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
A team-oriented mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and a positive, solution-driven attitude
