Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Contribute to the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of credit risk models used for portfolio assessment, risk exposure and expected credit loss calculations
- Collaborate closely with product owners, risk specialists, developers and other analysts within a broader risk initiative
- Analyze and formulate requirements to ensure that models, processes and system solutions meet both regulatory and business needs
- Participate in testing activities, including planning, execution and verification in larger development efforts
- Support and conduct technical and operational investigations related to credit risk models and data flows
- Maintain clear, accurate and compliant documentation with full traceability
- Work hands-on with SQL, database structures and data modeling in daily analysis and validation work
What you bring:
- Experience working with credit risk models within banking or finance, preferably with exposure to IRB 3.0
- Strong technical skills with confidence in SQL, database structures and data modeling principles
- Solid background in requirements analysis, requirements formulation and documentation in complex environments
- Experience in planning and executing test activities in larger development or regulatory initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams with developers, risk experts, architects and product owners
- Experience ensuring regulatory-compliant documentation and traceability in models and system solutions
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-critical environment
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
