Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst
What You Will Work On
Business Analyst Responsibilities (Approximately 70%)
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities within the ERP program
- Drive business process analysis and future-state process design
- Support solution design and business process transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions
- Identify dependencies, risks, and potential gaps across workstreams
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, IT departments, and external vendors
- Support decision-making through analysis, documentation, and recommendations
Coordinating Business Analyst Responsibilities (Approximately 30%)
- Coordinate Business Analysis activities across ERP, WMS, and TMS programs
- Establish and promote common BA methodologies, frameworks, and templates
- Ensure consistency in requirements management and process design across programs
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between Business Analysts
- Support quality assurance and governance activities related to business analysis
- Contribute to building a sustainable and scalable Business Analysis capability
- Ensure alignment across program boundaries and cross-functional initiatives
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Extensive experience working within large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Strong experience with complex requirements management and analysis
- Proven expertise in business process design and optimization
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environments
- Ability to create clear, structured, and traceable requirements documentation
- Experience bridging business and IT organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
