Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – ERP Implementation to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Provide fact-based analysis of the business and digital environment using information from diverse resources and channels.
- Drive the MVP mindset across the team, helping define minimum value and user-testable outputs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating needs into functional ERP requirements.
- Utilize data modeling practices to analyze findings and produce documentation to support project efforts.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Support the team in problem-solving, prioritization, and managing trade-offs.
- Conduct product demos, end-user training, and facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption.
- Engage in business process modeling related to the new D365 solution and the client’s system landscape.
- Design VAS-specific processes and procedures for finance.
- Map TO-BE business flows and define roles and responsibilities.
- Support planning for the 2025 scope to expand the ERP.
- Conduct impact analysis for Hyperion replacement and design the MVP for the go-live solution, ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are met.
What You Bring:
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with strong business analytic skills, including requirements engineering.
- Experience working with finance-supporting applications and a thorough understanding of core finance business processes.
- Proficiency in tools for managing backlogs, requirements, and workshops, such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and the automotive industry is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-organized, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
