Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Continuously develop a user-driven, sustainable, and clear business architecture for the research portfolio.
• Describe and document activities within research administration, research-related support, and the publication/analysis of research results.
• Validate and revise capability maps, interest models, process mappings, information models, and other tools to clarify needs, requirements, and services.
• Visualize methods and models to describe stakeholders, business models, information flows, regulations, and processes.
• Collaborate with the domain architect for the research portfolio and the Lead Enterprise Architect for operational architecture.
• Express business needs in the form of clear and actionable requirements, such as use cases.
• Ensure alignment of business models, processes, business rules, and information requirements with regulatory compliance and information security standards.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, computer technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to understand and visualize complex organizational methods and models.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and applying capability models and process models for complex organizations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience describing information requirements using information models and supplementary descriptions.
• At least 5 years of experience translating business needs into clear requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience linking business models, processes, and information requirements to compliance and security requirements.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• Certification as a Business Architect or Enterprise Architect, obtained within the last 10 years.
• Experience working with research organizations or universities, with an understanding of their data strategies and business goals.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
