Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across the organization.
Investigate existing data domains to identify issues, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Define and implement a unified data vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
Form and lead a core data governance team to support ongoing and future data-related initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and data objectives.
Establish and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures covering data lifecycle management, quality, compliance, storage, and disposal.
Provide mentorship and training to stakeholders on data governance principles and best practices.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related leadership roles.
Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with modern data management tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
