Senior Business Controller - 11194

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze and understand P&L development and key performance indicators (e.g., Absorption, SG&A, Gross Profit).
Transparently present financial results and insights to management.
Participate in closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the site and business unit.
Collaborate closely with Business Administration and other commercial functions globally to support financial topics.
Drive the development and digitalization of financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What you bring:

1-3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial discipline.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous but not required.
Strong skills in SAP and Excel are highly desirable.
A structured and effective approach to work, with a natural inclination for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
