Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Data Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead responsibility for data deliveries within the A2D workflow in close collaboration with business managers, process managers, IT specialists, and external partners
- Update and enhance conversion design, including field mapping between legacy systems and SAP
- Drive data cleansing and enrichment activities
- Provide test data for various testing phases
- Design and establish processes for Master Data Management (MDM)
- Contribute to governance and organizational structures for master data management for initial go-live and long-term operations
- Collaborate closely with the data enablement team and other business data leads within the program
What you bring:
- Academic degree in technology, logistics, IT, or equivalent
- Experience with data-related activities linked to sales and supply chain processes
- Solid expertise in Master Data Management and SAP, preferably S/4HANA
- Experience in transformation projects involving data migration and conversion from multiple source systems
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 data model (tables and fields)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage both technical and operational teams
- Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of driving work to completion
- Flexible, pragmatic, decisive, with a strategic approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in complex project environments
Meritorious:
- Experience in the paper or pulp industry
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data loading processes
- Familiarity with Syniti, Jira, Maximo, and/or IFS
- Previous participation in SAP implementation programs
