Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Process Modelling Specialist/Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and implement scalable, modular Pan-European business process orchestration frameworks supporting multiple products, markets, and channels
- Provide expert guidance on business process modelling and optimization with strong focus on scalability, reusability, and autonomy
- Design end-to-end business process maps for defined countries, products, and customer journeys
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements across processes and platforms
- Define clear boundaries for process parameterization, enabling business-controlled configuration while reducing IT dependencies
- Develop future-state onboarding blueprints for lead products using BPMN and DMN standards
- Design critical process elements to ensure reuse and scalability, including standardized output management, modular subprocesses, application modelling, business rules, and unified data models
- Create governance frameworks including RACI models, change-approval workflows, and rollback guidelines for parameterized processes
- Ensure process designs align with agreed KPIs, regulatory requirements, and overall business objectives
- Facilitate capability-building workshops and knowledge transfer to internal teams to support long-term adoption
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Specialist within digital banking, fintech, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of banking products, digital ecosystems, and enterprise-scale process landscapes
- Proven experience designing scalable, modular Pan-European processes balancing standardization with local regulatory and operational needs
- Experience with enterprise-wide process orchestration frameworks ensuring cross-product and cross-channel consistency
- Hands-on experience with business rule modelling and parameterization frameworks enabling business-led process control
- Practical experience with Camunda process modelling tools and Camunda Decision Modeler
- Experience designing processes supporting multiple products, business units, and geographical markets
- Solid understanding of modern digital banking architectures, including microservices, APIs, low-code platforms, and DevSecOps pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to design KPI-driven processes aligned to time-to-market, automation, customer satisfaction, and compliance goals
- Strong change management skills with experience coaching product managers and product owners
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology team
