Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Ensure a seamless documentation process by coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders globally
- Adhere to established processes, proactively managing requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance on the process while ensuring all assistance remains within scope
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders on process-related matters to facilitate smooth operations
- Oversee the process with general guidance, ensuring business continuity and refining supporting guidelines as needed
- Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent, and professional global support service, including knowledge sharing and training within the Business Support team
- Plan, organize, and schedule workload efficiently to meet deadlines while developing and implementing best practices
What you bring:
- Experience working within defined processes in a fast-paced, complex, global environment
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Sign, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in leveraging future technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders
- Fluency in English and proficiency in using virtual meeting technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills with a high degree of personal credibility when interfacing with internal and external organizations
- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently and proactively addressing challenges
Desirable:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
