Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior C#/.Net Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop, optimize, and enhance solutions using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Contribute to architectural discussions and participate in key technical decision-making.
Support and guide the team through coaching, structuring work, and helping remove obstacles.
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing practices, and adherence to development standards.
Take an active role in continuous improvement of the development process and technical stack.
Act as a technical reference point within the team while remaining primarily focused on hands-on development.

What you bring:

Several years of experience in C#/.NET development.
Preferably MCP certification or equivalent expertise.
Strong interest in taking additional responsibility, such as coordination, mentorship, or tech-lead activities.
Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English and Swedish.
