Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAE Durability Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Deliver quality-assured calculation models and results, proposing when and where to perform specific simulations and analyses.
Draw conclusions from analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform analyses and validate results, ensuring alignment with design targets.
Support the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and processes.
Act as a technical expert, offering guidance on complex technical solutions within your discipline.
Plan, lead, and conduct highly complex simulations and analyses.
Ensure the fidelity and accuracy of simulations and analyses.
Collaborate with project and design engineers, providing support and technical solutions throughout the various stages of projects.

What you bring:

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in fatigue, durability, and brake analysis.
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with cast components.
Proficiency in pre- and post-processing software such as Beta CAE or Abaqus CAE.
Strong knowledge of solvers like Abaqus, Nastran, or nCode DesignLife.
Solid programming skills, particularly in Python.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with software like Tosca, ModeFrontier, and MagmaSoft is an advantage.
