Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAM Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and optimize NC programs for turning and milling operations, including setup definition, method selection, and tooling strategy.
Create new CAM programs and improve existing ones for both industrialization-phase components and high-volume production.
Use Siemens NX for CAM programming and Vericut for simulation, verification, and ISO code optimization.
Work with 3D models to generate CNC programs, production drawings, and technical instructions.
Collaborate closely with production engineers and operators to ensure high-quality, robust, and efficient manufacturing processes.
Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives to support future competitiveness.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, CAM Engineer, or NC Programmer within turning and milling.
Strong proficiency in Siemens NX and Vericut for CAM programming, simulation, and optimization.
Ability to work with 3D models to produce CNC programs, technical documentation, and instructions.
Knowledge of tooling, machining methods, and production processes within an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with production technicians, engineers, and operators.
