Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Category Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact for machinery sourcing
Negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives, requirements, and budget
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and suppliers to support project deliverables
Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely information to meet delivery expectations
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, proactively resolving issues and risks
Support CAPEX procurement processes with structured documentation and analysis
Contribute to stakeholder management and project reporting to ensure transparency and alignment

What you bring:

Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Background in machinery sourcing, technical procurement, or similar industrial procurement
Demonstrated experience in CAPEX procurement, including planning, execution, and follow-up
Strong organizational and structured work approach, with ability to deliver results through collaboration
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Confidence in handling complex supplier negotiations and ensuring performance and value delivery
