Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Certification & Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Monitor and secure compliance of products during the maintenance phase, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and certifications.
Proactively analyze and interpret compliance-related vehicle data from the field, generating regular reports and updates.
Coordinate activities within the Certification & Compliance department related to product updates in the maintenance phase.
Lead compliance evaluations for product updates, collaborating with Regulation Specialists and Certification Leaders.
Initiate and manage certificate updates in coordination with Certification Leaders.
Support and contribute to the release process, including software updates, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, fostering effective communication and alignment.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent documented experience within the automotive industry.
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and software release management, preferably in an automotive context.
Strong analytical and statistical skills with proven ability to work with vehicle data extraction and interpretation.
Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Azure, and Power BI for data processing and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while handling complex regulatory requirements.
High level of personal integrity, courage to address challenges, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
