Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead end-to-end change initiatives to support business transformation across the organization
Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans
Assess change impact, readiness and risks across functions and teams
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage resistance to change
Design and execute communication plans to ensure clarity, alignment and buy-in
Coach and support leaders and managers to enable successful change adoption
Develop and facilitate training and change capability programs
Monitor change progress, track adoption KPIs and measure effectiveness
Continuously improve change management frameworks, tools and ways of working
Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers and cross-functional teams in a global environment

What you bring:

Proven experience leading large-scale change in complex and global organizations
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools
Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and facilitation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a dynamic environment
Analytical and strategic mindset with a structured way of working
Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage
