Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior CI/CD Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Replace the current generic GitLab pipeline by enhancing text extraction efficiency, implementing improved CI/CD triggers, and integrating with a new Translation Management System (TMS).
- Perform pre-processing tasks such as keyword locking, duplicate identifier detection, and pseudo translation for manual internationalization (I18N) verification.
- Ensure existing localized content remains unaffected by changes and document the differences in capabilities between new and old solutions.
- Replace and enhance the source-text authoring process by generating diff reports for TMS changes and documenting system updates.
- Implement solutions for efficient content exchange with translation agencies, including marking texts for translation, ensuring push mechanisms, and generating text coverage statistics.
- Integrate the localisation workflow into current CI/CD pipelines to support seamless deployment and release of localized assets.
- Collaborate with technical writers, localization engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to validate and implement solutions.
- Share knowledge regularly with the team and provide weekly delivery reports to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD, including designing and optimizing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience connecting CI/CD pipelines to cloud-based Translation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong understanding of localisation processes, including text extraction, internationalization, and translation workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and document complex technical solutions with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with developers, DevOps, and technical teams.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to share updates and insights with diverse stakeholders.
