Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CMS Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Provide CMS support for backend solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving study-specific configuration issues.
Manage the onboarding process for clinical studies within the CMS, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Run and troubleshoot pipelines, contributing to system reliability and efficiency.
Lead the decommissioning of the former CMS, ensuring a seamless transition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.

What you bring:

Proven experience in technical customer support and training, preferably in an international setting.
Expertise in working with support systems like Jira Service Management.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), with Contentstack knowledge being an advantage.
Basic programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to support development when needed.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in working with formats like JSON and YAML.
A solid understanding of service management principles.
Experience in the medical therapeutics field, with knowledge of relevant regulations such as GxP being a plus.
