Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CMS Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Provide CMS support for backend solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving study-specific configuration issues.
  • Manage the onboarding process for clinical studies within the CMS, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Run and troubleshoot pipelines, contributing to system reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead the decommissioning of the former CMS, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to improve processes and workflows.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in technical customer support and training, preferably in an international setting.
  • Expertise in working with support systems like Jira Service Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), with Contentstack knowledge being an advantage.
  • Basic programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to support development when needed.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Proficiency in working with formats like JSON and YAML.
  • A solid understanding of service management principles.
  • Experience in the medical therapeutics field, with knowledge of relevant regulations such as GxP being a plus.
