Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cognos Analytics BI Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Ensuring the stable and efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the IBM Cognos Analytics solution.
- Collaborating closely with the business to tailor solutions to meet evolving business needs, enhance performance, and improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Designing and implementing robust data models and reports to support decision-making across a large organization.
- Managing the installation, configuration, administration, and development of IBM Cognos Analytics.
- Working as part of the Data & Analytics team in a cross-functional environment, engaging with technical specialists and business representatives to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicating technical solutions in an accessible and pedagogical way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring:
- At least 10 years of experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, including installation, configuration, administration, and development.
- Proven experience working with Cognos Analytics in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data models and reports for large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of database management, including SQL and integration between Cognos and various data sources.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meriting:
- Experience with Tableau and data platforms.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
