Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Ensure products comply with all relevant regulatory and safety standards, including national and international maritime laws.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to embed safety and compliance into product development.
  • Conduct and support risk assessments and hazard analyses on product designs.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive compliance documentation and records.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to ensure products remain aligned with evolving standards.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, driving corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in an engineering regulatory compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of classification, EU/CE standards, regulations, and processes.
  • Demonstrated success in guiding products through the certification process.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the naval or maritime industry is considered a strong advantage.
