Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Ensure all products comply with regulatory and safety standards, including national and international maritime laws.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to integrate safety and compliance into product development.
Conduct and support risk assessments and hazard analyses for product designs.
Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive compliance documentation and records.
Monitor and evaluate regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with evolving standards.
Support internal and external audits related to product safety and compliance, and drive corrective actions as needed.

What you bring:

Proven experience in an engineering regulatory compliance role.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
Expertise in classification, EU/CE regulations, and compliance processes.
Hands-on experience in guiding products through certification processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Advantageous: experience in the naval or maritime industry.
