Senior Compliance Specialist – Data Privacy - 14702

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist – Data Privacy to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Perform and document data privacy compliance assessments, including RoPA population, LIA, DPIA, DTRA and, where applicable, DPA.
Contribute to the Data Privacy function’s daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of compliance activities and adherence to established processes.
Coordinate and manage the privacy-related backlog according to end-to-end planning and prioritisation needs.
Support compliance monitoring by identifying gaps, evaluating risks and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting and communication of assessment results and compliance status to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on privacy requirements and contribute to Security by Design practices.
Work according to workplace principles with regular on-site presence in Gothenburg.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance or information security roles.
Strong hands-on experience conducting and documenting RoPA, LIA, DPIA, DTRA and data privacy assessments.
Solid understanding of compliance monitoring, privacy frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal onboarding and take full ownership of deliverables.
Experience with Security by Design and data protection best practices.
Highly structured, detail-oriented and skilled in clear reporting and documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
