Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager for test vehicles to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinating production and R&D teams to deliver correctly built test vehicles.
Developing and managing plans to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Communicating with various development groups to gather requirements and enable accurate prototype builds.
Managing re-planning needs with flexibility and structure to adapt to changing priorities.
Ensuring all vehicle systems and components are accurately integrated during the production process.

What you bring:

Proven experience in project management or coordination, with strong planning and control skills.
General knowledge of vehicles and their systems, with the ability to engage with technical teams effectively.
Strong initiative, structured approach, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Availability to work approximately 50% on-site in Södertälje.
