Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies and provide guidance on appropriate tools
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within quality standards and budget
  • Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Identify and share new ways of working to improve efficiency and performance
  • Work with other Continuous Improvement leaders to standardize processes, ensure sustainability, and share best practices

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching, and change management
  • L6S Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen
  • Strong change management and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Ability to work effectively across complex, global organizations and coordinate across multiple time zones
