Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Copado Release Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Coordinate and execute release plans, ensuring smooth deployments, upgrades, and maintenance across Salesforce environments
• Configure, manage, and optimize Copado pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) in development, staging, and production environments
• Oversee version control using Copado’s Git-based branching model, managing conflict resolution and ensuring reliable version tracking
• Use Copado’s automation tools to reduce manual work, streamline deployments, and minimize errors, building a scalable release process
• Diagnose and resolve deployment and integration issues, collaborating with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Implement change management policies and best practices, maintaining comprehensive documentation of all release activities and configurations
• Partner with cross-functional teams—development, QA, and product management—to align on release timelines, requirements, and quality standards
• Review and optimize the release management process regularly, enhancing efficiency, reducing deployment time, and improving overall performance
• Generate and share key release performance metrics, providing visibility into deployment quality, frequency, and velocity

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Copado Release Engineer, with deep knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and release management processes
• Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and extensive experience configuring and managing Copado pipelines
• Expertise in version control, with experience managing Git-based branching models and resolving conflicts
• Proficiency in Copado’s automation tools to optimize and streamline deployment processes
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving deployment and integration issues within Salesforce environments
• Experience implementing change management policies, with a strong focus on documentation and adherence to best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively across development, QA, and product management teams to ensure alignment and maintain quality standards
• Focused on continuous process optimization to enhance release performance and reduce deployment times
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and communicate release metrics to stakeholders
