Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cost Reduction Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Excellence and the management team to plan, manage, and monitor the cost reduction program.
- Set clear cost reduction goals for the organization and follow up with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with service functions.
- Calculate savings and prepare detailed business cases for improvement and development projects.
- Ensure savings are accurately recorded and updated in the One PUMA Web system, both personally and by coordinating updates from other departments.
- Support portfolio management activities for business development projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and present progress reports and analyses to the local management team.
What you bring:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering professional presentations in both English and Swedish.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with Excel for compiling and interpreting financial and operational data.
- Solid understanding of economic principles and business case development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven work approach with strong organizational skills.
- Experience or understanding of business processes within industrial or service-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
