Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Critical Manufacturing MES Expert to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Evaluate proposed solutions from Critical Manufacturing (CM) MES and provide counter or alternative solutions benefiting Tetra Pak
- Provide functional and technical inputs to prioritize use cases and user stories
- Participate as an active member of the Tetra Pak One MES project team
- Contribute to sprint planning and assist project managers with effort and resource estimation
- Collaborate closely with MES software vendors, implementation partners, and the MES core team
- Work with business/site teams and other service teams involved in the project
- Support testing and validation of MES solutions within integrated project environments
What you bring:
- Expert-level knowledge of Critical Manufacturing MES
- Extensive experience in development, configuration, and implementation of CM MES, including at least 3 medium-to-large project or rollout cycles
- Hands-on experience working with the MES supplier Critical Manufacturing S.A
- Strong background in discrete manufacturing, Make-to-Order, and customer-specific product manufacturing
- Experience with other Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage
- Knowledge of testing methodologies in large integrated projects is a plus
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, lead, and execute MES project activities
- Self-driven, methodical, and proactive with strong team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Previous lead roles in MES projects are an advantage
- Tetra Pak business knowledge, OFCE process knowledge, or hands-on experience in processing and packaging equipment production is a plus
