Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute to cybersecurity technical solutions for vehicle platforms, including performing Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) and vulnerability analyses.
• Define and align cybersecurity requirements in accordance with international standards, regulations, and partner input.
• Harmonize cybersecurity concepts at vehicle level by defining items, technical dependencies, concept selections, requirement alignment, and supporting verification and validation strategies.
• Consolidate cybersecurity cases across stakeholders, functions, and component teams to ensure a unified approach.
• Design and propose secure architecture solutions for vehicle platforms, ensuring end-to-end cybersecurity integrity.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements within vehicle programs and platforms.
• Support the continuous development and improvement of cybersecurity processes in line with UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, CSMS, policies, and procedures.

What you bring:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on the automotive domain.
• Proven track record in leading cybersecurity activities for vehicle platforms and programs, including vehicle type approvals.
• Hands-on experience in secure architecture design and cybersecurity concept design.
• Background as a Cybersecurity Engineer or Architect with a focus on embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of system design, embedded architectures, network protocols, and automotive communication technologies (CAN, Ethernet, wireless).
• Deep understanding of cryptography, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, and CSMS frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing TARA execution on complex systems.
• Strong analytical, systematic, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Knowledge of AI integration and tool automation, including configuration of AI agents and large language models, is an advantage.
