Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence developers, and Product Owners) to develop new data features within the Agile Release Trains framework.
- Conduct solution and impact analysis to define appropriate implementation and validation approaches.
- Perform detailed data analysis, ensuring data and process flows are accurately defined for functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with data engineers, source systems, and data consumers to ensure smooth data integration and delivery.
- Coordinate and support validation and testing activities, ensuring high-quality data delivery and mitigating risks where necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data availability, data quality, and business requirements related to the enterprise data warehouse.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of banking processes with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders to gather and discuss data requirements.
- Proven experience in data analysis and data requirement management, with an ability to map and analyze complex datasets.
- Excellent proficiency in SQL for analyzing, validating, and signing off on data quality and completeness.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with developers and peers to ensure proper implementation.
- Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouses is advantageous.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
